NivisMail Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NivisMail, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

NivisMail is an email service focused on privacy and simplicity. The service is offered free of charge and may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued with reasonable prior notice.

3. Permitted use

Users agree to use NivisMail in a legal and responsible manner.

It is not allowed to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.
• Carry out phishing or fraud activities.
• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

Violating any of these points will result in account deletion.

4. Accounts

Each user is responsible for keeping their password secure and for all activities carried out from their account.

NivisMail may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.

5. Availability

While we will try to keep the service continuously available, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

NivisMail is under development and may contain bugs, temporary interruptions, or data loss. NivisMail performs daily backups.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. NivisMail will not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes will imply acceptance of the new terms.
